Privacy Policy

GrowWithReddit is a free, subreddit-aware Reddit marketing toolkit. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Reddit, Inc. Questions about your data? Email amplifyxlabs@gmail.com.

• Account information. When you sign up, we store your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google, and nothing else.
• Content you create. Drafts you save, 14-day roadmaps you generate, and the subreddits you add to your watchlist. This is stored so it is there when you come back.
• Tool inputs. Text you paste into a tool (a post, a comment, a username, a subreddit name) is processed to produce the tool's output. See "How your tool inputs are handled" below.
• Usage data. Basic, privacy-friendly analytics about which pages and tools are used, so we can improve them.
• Cookies. An essential session cookie keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• To run the tools and show you your saved content.
• To keep you signed in and secure your account.
• To send you our Reddit marketing newsletter. When you create an account you are added to the newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To understand which features are useful and fix what is broken.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never will.

Text you submit to an AI-powered tool is sent to our AI provider (Microsoft Azure OpenAI) to generate the result, then returned to you. Please do not paste passwords, financial details, or other sensitive personal information into the tools. Reddit data (subreddit rules, public post timing, public profiles) is fetched from Reddit's public endpoints to make the tools subreddit-aware.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers, each acting on our behalf:

• Supabase: authentication, database, and storage for your account and saved content.
• Google: optional "Sign in with Google" authentication.
• Beehiiv: sends and manages the newsletter.
• Microsoft Azure OpenAI: powers the AI writing and analysis tools.
• Cloudflare: hosting and privacy-friendly web analytics.
• Firecrawl: optional URL reading for the Subreddit Finder when you paste a link.

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to export or delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing amplifyxlabs@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your saved drafts, roadmaps, and watchlist. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is separate and instant via any email's unsubscribe link.

GrowWithReddit is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as the product changes. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated where practical.
